  • Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of whole grain couscous
  • 16oz of cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup of fresh basil
  • 4oz reduced fat feta cheese
  • 2 tsp of basil pesto sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Directions:
  2. Prepare the couscous according to the package instructions.
  3. Chop basil into small pieces.
  4. Slice cherry tomatoes in half lengthwise.
  5. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
  6. Let chill in the fridge for an hour or until ready to serve.
