INGREDIENTS
  • Servings: 1 bowl with crusted Artisan bread
  • Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs. lean ground beef
  • 2 cups barbecue sauce (prepared homemade)
  • 1 medium Spanish onion, diced
  • ½ tsp. garlic salt
  • ½ tsp. whole celery seeds
  • 2 tsps. Prepared mustard
  • ¼ cup dark molasses
  • 1 (16 oz.) can Pork and Beans
  • 1 (15 ½ oz.) can dark Red Kidney Beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) can Pinto or Navy Beans
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar Mushrooms
DIRECTIONS

  2. In a large Dutch oven, brown the ground beef. Drain off the fat.
  3. Add barbecue sauce, onion, salt, celery seed, mustard, molasses, beans, and mushrooms to ground beef. Stir well.
  4. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer for 1 hour.
