Cowboy Caviar
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can black beans, rinsed
- 2 cans Mexican corn, drained
- 2 cans Rotel tomatoes
- 1 bunch green onions chopped
- 1 T canola oil
- 1 T red wine or red wine vinegar
DIRECTIONS
- Dump all together and if there is still alot of fluid, drain some off. Serve with tortilla chips.
