Crab Bisque

  • 6 ounces crab
  • 1 carrot dice small
  • 1/4 diced onion or leek
  • 1 clove garlic diced
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 teaspoon better than chicken bouillon
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 1/2 cup cooking sherry
  • 4 tablespoon wondra flour
DIRECTIONS
  1. Melt butter over medium heat
  2. add water and better than bouillon
  3. add parsley, sherry
  4. boil and reduce heat
  5. add crab and half and half
  6. stir and cook on low until crab is warm.
  7. Serve and enjoy!

It has a very nice bisque flavor. Living in the NW crab is always nice.
