Crab Meat Bacon Rolls
INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 cup tomato juice
  • 1 egg well beaten
  • 1 can (1 cup) crab meat drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup dry fine bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • pepper,
  • 9 slices bacon cut in half
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix tomato juice and egg.
  2. Add crab meat, crumbs, parsley, lemon juice and seasonings; mix thoroughly.
  3. Roll into 18 fingers, about 2 inches long.
  4. Wrap each roll with 1/2 slice bacon; fasten with toothpick.
  5. Grill for about 10 minutes, turning often to brown evenly
