Crab Puffs

INGREDIENTS

- 1 cup water
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 cup[ flour
- 4 eggs
- 3 scallions or green onions chopped
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 6 1/2 ounce crabmeat
- 1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Bring water to a boil, add margarine, return to burner, let come to a boil again, add flour all at once, stir well.
- Remove from heat, beat in one egg at a time. Add rest of ingredients as listed.
- Drop on cookie sheet by teaspoonfuls. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn oven down to 350 and bake an additional 10 minutes.
- These can be frozen for when you want to use them or served warm.
