Crab Salad

- 1 Pound Imitation Crab Meat Flaked Style or sticks cut into slices
- 2 Cups Diced Cucumber
- 1 Cup Celery, Finely Chopped
- 2 Cups Tomato, Diced
- 1 Cup Cilantro, Chopped
- 6 TBSP Onion, Diced
- 2 TBSP Fresh Jalapeno, Diced
- 4 Lemons
- 6 TBSP Valentina Hot Sauce
- 4 TBSP Soy Sauce
- 1/2 TBSP Black Pepper
- 1/ TBSP Salt
DIRECTIONS
- Add the crab meat, cucumber, celery, tomato, cilantro, onion, and jalapeno into a bowl.
- Squeeze the juice of the lemons and pour over the ingredients.
- Add the Valentina and soy Sauce. Mix well and add the salt and pepper to taste.
