Crab Salad

  • 1 Pound Imitation Crab Meat Flaked Style or sticks cut into slices
  • 2 Cups Diced Cucumber
  • 1 Cup Celery, Finely Chopped
  • 2 Cups Tomato, Diced
  • 1 Cup Cilantro, Chopped
  • 6 TBSP Onion, Diced
  • 2 TBSP Fresh Jalapeno, Diced
  • 4 Lemons
  • 6 TBSP Valentina Hot Sauce
  • 4 TBSP Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 TBSP Black Pepper
  • 1/ TBSP Salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add the crab meat, cucumber, celery, tomato, cilantro, onion, and jalapeno into a bowl.
  2. Squeeze the juice of the lemons and pour over the ingredients.
  3. Add the Valentina and soy Sauce. Mix well and add the salt and pepper to taste.
