• Cooking Time: 20 minutes
• 1 8oz pkg of fresh mushrooms
• 1 6oz can lump crab meat
• 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 3oz pkg of fresh basil

1. Wash mushrooms and pop off stems.
2. Place mushrooms on cookie sheet.
3. Pick basil leaves off stems and mix with crab meat, Parmesan, and mayonnaise.
4. Fill mushrooms with crab mixture.
5. Bake 20 minutes @ 400 degrees
6. Serve warm.
