Crab and Cream Cheese Baked Eggs
  • 9 eggs
  • 1/2-cup milk
  • 8 ounces cubed cream cheese
  • 6 ounces lump crabmeat, cartilage removed Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Beat the eggs and milk together in a
  2. large bowl until light and fluffy. Fold in the cream cheese, crab, and
  3. salt and pepper to taste. Grease a 7X12 inch casserole dish with the
  4. melted butter. Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Sprinkle the dill
  5. over the top. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot. Great served with warm
  6. mini croissants or popovers.
