Cranberry Nut Stuffing

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced (about 1 cup)
  • 1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) Swanson Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 bag (14 oz.) Pepperidge Farm Cubed Country Style or Cubed Herb Seasoned Stuffing
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, heat the margarine until it has melted. Add the celery and onion and cook until they are both tender. Add the chicken broth and heat until boiling. Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in the cranberries and walnuts. Add the stuffing and mix lightly.
