Cranberry Relish
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 small pkg lemon gelatin
  • 1 small pkg raspberry gelatin
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 1 tbl lemon juice
  • 9-10 oz crushed pineapple
  • 2 cups cranberries (fresh)
  • 1 small orange
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
DIRECTIONS
  1. Dissolve gelatins and sugar in boiling water.
  2. Add lemon juice and pineapple.
  3. Place in refrigerator till almost set.
  4. Peel orange and cut into large chunks (remove seeds).
  5. Place cranberries and orange pieces in food processor.
  6. Chop into small pieces.
  7. Add cranberries and orange pieces to gelatin mix.
  8. Add nuts.
  9. Spoon into a 2 1/2 qt mold.
  10. Chill until set.
