Cranberry Stuffed French Toast
  • Honey Whole Wheat Bread
  • 1 cup Cranberry Relish
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • ¼ cup cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • butter
  1. Any bread will work as long as it is sliced very thick. Mix the cream cheese, 2 tablespoons sugar, vanilla and cranberry sauce. Use a serrated knife to cut a slice in each piece of bread. Fill the bread with the cranberry mixture. In a seperate bowl mix the eggs, 1 tablespoon sugar and cream. Dip the bread in the egg mixture, letting the egg soak in completely. Fry the bread in a pan, both sides until completely cooked.
