Cranberry White Chocolate Shortbread Cookies
  • 1/2 C butter, softened
  • 1/4 C sugar
  • 1 C flour
  • 1/4 -1/2 C dried cranberries
  • 1/4 C white chocolate chips.
  1. Beat butter with sugar and stir in flour.
  2. Stir in cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  3. Drop by rounded tablespoon fuls on greased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 350 F for 10-14 minutes. Or until lightly browned. Cool about 5 minutes.
  5. Then remove from cookie sheet. Cool completely on wire racks.
I have had this recipe for years. I believe it came out of a magazine, and you can easily double or triple the recipe. I have cut the recipe down in half or by thirds because I do not wish to make a lot of these at once.
