Crazy Cake

INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 30 min
  • Cake:
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. cocoa
  • 2 T vinegar
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 3/4 c. salad oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Frosting:
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 6 T butter
  • 6 T milk
  • 1/2 c. chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1) Sift dry ingredients into a cake pan.
  2. 2) Make 3 holes in the mixture and pour salad oil, vinegar, and vanilla in them.
  3. 3) Pour 2 cups of cold water over the entire mixture and stir with fork until completely mixed.
  4. 4) Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Frosting:
  6. 1) Boil sugar, butter, and milk.
  7. 2) Once it begins to boil, add chocolate chips and remove from heat.
