Cream Cheese Apple Torte

  • 6 Rhodes Texas™ Rolls or 9 Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls, thawed and risen
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 21 oz can apple pie filling
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  1. Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Combine rolls into a ball. Roll into a 13-inch circle and place on a 12-inch sprayed pizza pan. Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla together. Spread on dough. Top with apple pie filling. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 350°F 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
