Cream Cheese Ball
INGREDIENTS
- 3 pkgs. 8ozs.
- 1 lb. Deli corned beef
- 1 bunch scallions
- 1 dash worchester sauce
- 1 Tb. Accent
DIRECTIONS
- Divide corn beef in half.
- Chopped separately scallions and corn beef.
- In a mixing bowl,mix cream cheese,half of the corn beef,scallions,worchester sauce and accent. Mix well,form mixture into ball,place ball into refrigerator for approx. 2 hours(this will allow the cheese ball to get firm)
- Remove from the refrigerator and roll cheese ball into the remaining corn beef.
- Refrigerate
- I serve this with crackers or pumpernickel bread torn into pieces.
