Cream Cheese Frosting
INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 l/2 cup confect. sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 TBSP fresh lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
- Beat well adding more milk or confectioners sugar to make it smooth and easy to spread. Spread over cake and run a fork lengthwise across the icing to make it like the A&P Spanish Bar Cakes.
