Cream Cheese Vegetable Spread

  • Servings: 3 dozen
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber (drain off juice)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1-2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt, to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Spread on bread just before serving.
