Cream Cheese Wonton

- 1 package Wonton Wrappers
- 8oz Cream Cheese; Softened
- 2 Green Onions; Chopped
- 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Cup Crab or Imitation Crab Meat; Shredded
DIRECTIONS
- Mix Cream Cheese, Green Onion, and Garlic on Med speed until they are completely mixed together. Add Crab Meat and mix on low until the Crab is just incorperated.
- Drop one tablespoon of filling onto Wonton Wraper. Bring opposite corners of wraper together and pinch closed. This should create a purse shape. Continue this until you have run out of filling (there will be more wrappers than filling).
- Heat Oil in deep fryer to 450, if you are using a skillet make sure it is deep enough that wontons will be completely submerged in oil as they cook. Fry for 3-5 minutes or until wonton is crisp and golden.
