Cream Puff Cake

- Crust:
- ½ cup margarine
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
DIRECTIONS
- In a saucepan bring to a boil the margarine and water, stir in flour till mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each one.
- Spread batter on the bottom and slightly up the sides of a greased 9 by 13 baking pan.
- Bake in a 400 oven for 25 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Filling:
- 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- 3 ¾ cup cold milk
- 3 small boxes vanilla instant pudding
- (sugar free pudding mix)
- This recipe can also be made without the SF Pudding mix, although my family can't tell that I use SF.
