Cream Puff Cake
INGREDIENTS
  • Crust:
  • ½ cup margarine
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a saucepan bring to a boil the margarine and water, stir in flour till mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each one.
  3. Spread batter on the bottom and slightly up the sides of a greased 9 by 13 baking pan.
  4. Bake in a 400 oven for 25 minutes.
  5. Cool completely.
  6. Filling:
  7. 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  8. 3 ¾ cup cold milk
  9. 3 small boxes vanilla instant pudding
  10. (sugar free pudding mix)
  11. This recipe can also be made without the SF Pudding mix, although my family can't tell that I use SF.
