Cream of Broccoli Soup
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 T oil
  • 20- oz Package frozen broccoli
  • 2- 10 3/4 oz cans of celery soup (fat free)
  • 10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup (fat free)
  • 1 cup grated American cheese
  • 2 soup cans of fat-free milk)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Saute onion in oil in skillet until soft. Drain and add to slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours.
