Cream of Corn Soup

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack Frozen corn -or-
- 2 Ears fresh corn
- 4 cups Water
- 1 cup Onion (up to)
- ½ cup Corn meal (the more you put in the thicker it gets)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Saute onion and corn in a few tspns of water, adding more if it gets dry. Add cornmeal, stirring to avoid lumps, and so all veggies are covered. Slowly add water and stir to once again avoid lumps. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 40 min. Add salt and pepper
