Creamed Peas and Onions
  • 1 small bag frozen baby peas
  • 2TBS Water
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Butter
  • 2 large or 4 small yellow onions cut in wedges or bite size
  • Whole milk
  • Cornstarch paste to thicken
  1. Put peas water pinch of sugar and bout 3 TBS butter in lg frying pan heat over med heat to melt butter then simmer bout 3 more mins
  2. Add onions and some salt add milk to cover veggies and heat till onions are soft
  3. Thicken with corn starch paste not too thick just creamy
A great tasting side dish not made often enough (sorry pic so blurry/ grainy w/ this phone)
