Creamed Spinach with a Twist
INGREDIENTS

- 1 lb. of fresh spinach, cooked (or frozen cooked spinach)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup half-and-half
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped finely
DIRECTIONS
- Cook your spinach. Add all remaining ingredients except the egg and heat through. Garnish with sieved hard-cooked egg.
