Creamy Artichoke Dip

  • 1 can artichoke hearts in water, chopped
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups mayo (can be light)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (can’t be light)
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 4 oz crabmeat (optional)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until light golden brown of top.

I have been making this for ages and it ALWAYS turns out great:) You could even make it in ramekins and serve with french bread and a salad.
