Creamy Baked Chicken Breast

  • 4 chicken breast split
  • 4 slices processed swiss cheese
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 2 cup seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
DIRECTIONS
  1. Slit 4 chicken breast
  2. arrange in shallow 2-3 qt baking dish.
  3. Place 1 slice process swiss cheese on chicken
  4. Stir together 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1/4 cup dry white wine,spoon over chicken
  5. Coarsely crush 2 cups seasoned stuffing mix and sprinkle on top, drizzle 1/3 cups melter butter.
  6. Bake uncovered 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes

My mother in-law made this for dinner when my husband and I were dating. I remember thinking his mother's a good cook and a handsome father.
