Creamy Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onion
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Season mashed potatoes to taste.
  2. Chop cheese into small chunks.
  3. Combine potatoes, sour cream, onion and cheese chunks in a large bowl.
  4. Spoon into 1/1/2 qt greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle salt around top of dish.
  6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes till potatoes are warm and cheese melted.
  7. Serves 6.
