Creamy Lime Mousse
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • Juice of 5 limes (or 3 lemons)
  1. In a bowl, mix the condensed and the evaporated milk until well blended. Graduallt add the lime juice, always stirring. As if by magic, the juice will make the mixture thicken. Pour into serving cups and garnish with lime zest
