Creamy Mashed Potatoes
INGREDIENTS

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup sweet milk
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place potatoes in dutch oven. Cover with water; bring to a boil. Cook over medium-high heat until tender, about 10 to 20 minutes; drain. Return potatoes to dutch oven; add milk and butter. Mash until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Makes 6 servings.
