Creamy Meat Balls

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 sm. onion, chopped fine (about 1/4 c.)
  • 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 3/4 tsp. salt (opt.)
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients. Shape mixture by tablespoon into 1 1/2" balls. Heat 1 tablespoon salad oil in large skillet; cook meatballs over medium heat until brown, about 20 minutes. Drain off fat. Makes about 24 meatballs.
