Creamy Pancetta Brussel Sprouts
  • 2 bags of frozen brussel sprouts
  • 1 container heavy whipping cream
  • quarter pound of pancetta
  • 2 tbls olive oil

The very first time I met my husband's favorite Aunt, she prepared this simple dish for lunch. From first bite, I was in sprout heaven!
