Creamy Paprikash-ish Chicken (and Rice)
INGREDIENTS
- chopped onion
- chopped garlic
- chopped carrots
- chopped red peppers
- 3-ish chicken breasts
- a can of chicken broth
- Salt and pepper
- sour cream
- paprika
- cooked rice
DIRECTIONS
- First, sauté onion, garlic, carrots, and red peppers.
- Brown the chicken in the saucepan with the veggies.
- Leave it in the pot.
- When the chicken is browned, but not completely cooked, add a can of chicken broth. Add Salt and pepper.
- Boil for a while, until reduced.
- Then stir in sour cream and paprika.
- Heat through.
- Stir it up, and serve over rice.
