Creamy Pea Salad

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg (16 oz) frozen petite peas
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup light mayo
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/3 cup chopped sweet onion
- 1/8 tsp salt
- dash pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Cook frozen peas as directed on package.
- Drain and cool.
- Mix celery, onion, salt, pepper, mayo and sour cream thoroughly in a small bowl.
- Place peas in a medium bowl.
- Slowly add creamed mixture to peas until the peas are covered to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate one hour.
