Creamy Salsa Potato Salad

  • 2 pounds potatos
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup olives
  • 1 green onion
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. cover potatoes with water in 4-quart saucepot; bring to a boil over medium-high heat, reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered 10 mins or until potatoes are tender, drain and let cool slightly
  2. 2. toss potatoes with remaining ingredients, serve chilled or at room temperature
