  • 5 cracked ice cubes
  • 1 1/2 parts port
  • 1/2 part brandy
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • lemonade, to top up
  • TO DECORATE
  • 1 orange slice
  • 1 lemon slice
  • pineapple chunks
  • cocktail cherries
DIRECTIONS
  1. Put half the ice into a cocktail shaker
  2. Add the port, brandy and lemon juice
  3. Shake to mix
  4. Put the remaining ice into a goblet
  5. Pour the cocktail over it
  6. Top up with lemonade
  7. Decorate with fruit
