Crepe Strawberry Simple
INGREDIENTS

  • 100 g egg whites
  • 15 g protein powder
  • 10 g gluten free pancake mix
  • 1 g baking powder
  • 20 g greek yogurt (0% fat)
  • 30-100 g strawberries
  • cooking spray or butter
  • syrup to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. mix well in blender or by hand egg whites, protein powder, baking powder, pancake mix and yogurt. Pour batter in a large prepared skillet or griddle on med high heat. Load in desired amount of sliced strawberries.
  2. Let cook until edges begin to curl and center begins to bubble, but still slightly tacky on top. Fold in 1/2. let cook 30 seconds longer
  3. Flip crepe onto plate and garnish with strawberries and syrup. ENJOY!

As an alternative to eggs, this promised all the comforts of a hot cooked meal with all the nutrition setting her up for morning success.
