Crescent Meatballs

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • l egg
  • l cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg. Lipton dry soup mix
  • 2 tubes (8 count each) Crescent Rolls
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix together first 4 ingredients.
  2. Shape into 16 meatballs (size of a walnut)
  3. Wrap a crescent roll around each meatball
  4. to cover completely.
  5. Place on a cookie sheet.
  6. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  7. You can eat these plain or with gravy.
