Crescent Meatballs
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb ground beef
- l egg
- l cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. Lipton dry soup mix
- 2 tubes (8 count each) Crescent Rolls
DIRECTIONS
- Mix together first 4 ingredients.
- Shape into 16 meatballs (size of a walnut)
- Wrap a crescent roll around each meatball
- to cover completely.
- Place on a cookie sheet.
- Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- You can eat these plain or with gravy.
