Cresent Roll Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS
- 3 - 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 5 eggs
- 1 tube cresent rolls
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven 350 degrees
- Unroll cresent rolls and press intlo the bottom only of a 9x13 pan to form crust
- In a bowl mix cream cheese, sour cream and sugar until smooth
- add vanilla and mix
- Add eggs one at a time beating after each one
- Pour batter over cresent roll crust
- Place in center rack of oven and bake 40 minutes DO NOT REMOVE from oven but turn oven OFF and OPEN the door slightly Leave in oven 1 hour
- Remove from oven cool completely
- Top with favorite fruit, pie filling or serve plain. I like to refrigerate it until it's cold and the topping sets some before serving.
