Crispy Potato Wedges

DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat baking pan in the oven to 425F. Meanwhile, put the prepared potatoes into a large bowl, drizzle well with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt. Mix well. When baking pan is heated to 425F, put potatoes into pan and roast for 25 minutes, turning after 15 minutes, until golden and crisp. Serve immediately.
