Crispy green beans

- 1 lb green beans (fresh or frozen)
- 1 egg
- ½ cup almond flour
- ½ cup parmesan, grated
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- some olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
- Mix almond flour, parmesan, salt, paprika and chili in a sealable container
- Lightly whisk egg
- Dip the beans in eggwash
- Toss beans in almond/cheese coating
- Drizzle some olive oil on a baking sheet
- Place beans on baking sheet, and drizzle some more olive oil on beans
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until crispy, flip occasionally
