Crock Pot Country Style Ribs

  • 3 - 4 lbs pork country-style ribs
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1 1/2 onion grated
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat broiler
  2. Place ribs on unheated rack of a broiler pan
  3. Broil 6 inches from the heat until brown about 10 minutes, turning once
  4. Transfer ribs to crock pot
  5. In a small bowl mix the rest of the ingredients
  6. Pour over ribs, turning to coat.
  7. Cover, cook on low for 10-12 hours or high for 5-7 hours
  8. Serve with sauce over the top.
