Crock Pot Chicken and Dumplings
  • Cooking Time: 8-9 hours
  • Servings: 4-6
  • Preparation Time: 5 minutes
  • 4-6 pcs. chicken, which ever parts you like
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 c. chicken soup stock. or chicken soup base & water
  • Biscuick recipe for dumplings
  1. Mix soup & stock, add chicken parts & cook on low for 8-9 hours
  2. Remove chicken & keep warm. Remove broth to saucepan & heat to boiling. Dip spoon into broth, then take small spoonfuls of dumpling dough & drop into broth. repeat until dough is used up. Cook for 6-8 minutes, cover & cook for another 6-8 minutes. Remove dumplings & thicken broth.
  3. Gravy can be used over mashed potatoes too.
