Crock Pot Honey Garlic Chicken

- 1 1/2 pounds skinless boneless chicken breasts or thighs cut into 4-6 pieces
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup soy sauce low sodium preferred
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 teaspoon basil
DIRECTIONS
- Start with 1 1/2 to 2 pounds of skinless boneless chicken cut into 4-6 pieces.
- Combine 1/2 cup of ketchup, 1/2 cup soy sauce (low sodium preferred), 1/4 cup honey, four cloves crushed garlic and one teaspoon basil. Whisk together.
- Spread the chicken across the bottom of a slow cooker. Add honey garlic sauce
- Cook on low for 4 hours.
