Crock Pot Roast
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Pot Roast (rump or lean chuck) about 3 to 4 lbs.
- 4 or 5 large peeled potatos cubed
- 1/2 lb baby carrots
- 1 onion cubed
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 packet italian seasoning
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
DIRECTIONS
- Place roast in the crock pot.
- Add water til there is about 1/2 in on the bottom.
- Place potatos, carrots, and onion around the edge of the roast.
- Sprinkle packets of ranch, italian, and brown gravy mix on top.
- Cover and turn on high heat. Let sit for at least 5-6 hours.
