Crock pot Ginger Beef

  • 1 1/2 pounds beef round steak, cut into 1 inch strips
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated peeled gingerroot
  • 1/4 teaspoon crush red pepper
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 9 oz package frozen snap peas(thawed)
DIRECTIONS
  1. In crock pot place beef,green onion,and garlic
  2. In a small bowl mix beef broth,soysauce,gingerroot,red pepper
  3. Add to the cooker
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours
  5. 40 minutes before done
  6. Turn crock pot to high setting
  7. In a small bowl mix together cornstarch and water
  8. Stir into meat
  9. Cover and cook about 30 more minutes or until thickened.
  10. Stir in snap peas
