Crockpot Applesauce Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 thinly sliced onion
  • 3 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cream of celery soup
  • 1 (1 lb.) can applesauce
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place pork chop in bottom of crockpot. Layer with onion, brown sugar and salt. Top with soup. cook on low for 6-8 hours. In 2 cup glass measure, heat applesauce and spoon hot on top of porkchop mixture prior to serving. Serves 4.
