Crockpot Cherry Chops

  • 6 pork chops

  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • Parsley
DIRECTIONS
  1. Brown pork chops in skillet.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. In crock pot stir together 1/2 of the can of cherry filling, lemon juice, granules and cinnamon.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Place pork chops on top of mixture.
  6. Cover and cook on low heat for 4 to 5 hours.
  7. Warm the other 1/2 of cherry filling and pass in sauce dish when serving chops.
