Crockpot Chicken Cordon Bleu
  • 3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 6 ham slices
  • 6 Swiss cheese slices
  • 1/4 c. almond meal
  • 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can milk
  1. Cut each breast in half and pound until thin between plastic wrap. Place ham slice and cheese slice on each piece of chicken. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Dip chicken rolls into mixture of meal, flour, cheese, sage and pepper. Chill chicken for 1 hour. Place in crockpot and cover with soup mixed with milk. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
