Crockpot Chicken Licken Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS
- 4-6 lean Pork Chops 1/2"Thick,Bone in(Can use boneless)
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Dry Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 can Chicken Soup with Rice
DIRECTIONS
- Mix dry ingredents together in a bowl.I usually sift the ingredients together so they are mixed well.
- Wash pork chops in cold water and then coat with the above mixture.
- Heat oil in skillet,place pork chops in skillet and brown.Then place browned pork chops in crock pot on low.
- Pour chicken and rice soup on top of chops.
- Cook 6-7 hours on low.
- Note:I also make instant rice that I cook in chicken broth when the chops are done.I spoon one large ladle of White rice on the plate and place the pork chop on top of that.
