Crockpot Chicken Licken Pork Chops
  • 4-6 lean Pork Chops 1/2"Thick,Bone in(Can use boneless)
  • 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 can Chicken Soup with Rice
  1. Mix dry ingredents together in a bowl.I usually sift the ingredients together so they are mixed well.
  2. Wash pork chops in cold water and then coat with the above mixture.
  3. Heat oil in skillet,place pork chops in skillet and brown.Then place browned pork chops in crock pot on low.
  4. Pour chicken and rice soup on top of chops.
  5. Cook 6-7 hours on low.
  6. Note:I also make instant rice that I cook in chicken broth when the chops are done.I spoon one large ladle of White rice on the plate and place the pork chop on top of that.
