Crockpot Chipolte Meatball Soup
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Chipolte Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped finely
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 c. whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 tsp. Chipolte Tabasco sauce
  • 1 c. potatoes, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped finely
  • 1/2 c. carrots, sliced thin
  • 2 cans mexican tomato sauce
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix first 6 ingredents and shape into small balls. Pan fry in 2 tbsp oil til browned. Add to crockpot. Add the rest of the ingredents. Stir gently. Before serving, add Cheez Whiz and stir gently. May also cook in Crockpot on low for 8 to 10 hours.
